Well placed not far away the highway and without the disagreements. Also it permits to have a look on the old town if you have your own vehicle. Good value for money!

Breakfast in the cafe not really what you can expect when you are with your child but Ok if you are between adults

This is just above your basic hotel, having an ensuite bathroom which provided soap, shampoo and one towel each. The reception staff was friendly but had to serve in the bar at the same time, causing a long delay on arrival. Good hotel for the price paid.

This Hotel was very hard to find. Although we had the street number of the hotel it was a long distance out of town, from buildings with slightly lower numbers. It was much farther out of town and away from eating places than we were expecting. The barman in the morning for breakfast was friendly but inexperienced. He tried to make pots of tea with hot milk and when this was pointed out, he made them with luke warm water instead! When making orange juice a spider ran out of the jug, but he didn't wash it or check for any cobwebs inside before using it! This was a shame as I'm sure he was well-meaning.

Parking was available. Breakfast -staff and food were good. The room was clean and more functional than comfortable. WiFi easily available.

Map and directions were misleading as to distance from Burgos and actual location. Having found the hotel - the name became understandable - loading and weighing area for service lorries!! The hotel had benefit of breakfast and parking but lacked charm and comfort. Pictures on site--while identifiable at location were flattering. No tourist literature in english and little available in any other language.

We arrived at 9pm having been on the road for 11 hours. Very warm welcome and two simple one person rooms with double beds and bathrooms - clean, quiet.and comfortable. Plenty of towels and the usual collection of soaps and shampoos. Restaurant open till midnight but we chose from the menu and decided to eat in the lively bar - really nice home cooking, though a bit too much salt in the main course (a common problem in Spain!) Would stay there again and definitely recommend it to friends looking for somewhere cheap and comfortable.

We found it difficult to locate. It is in a side street and we had to ask directions at another hotel. It would benefit from a large sign on the main road.

The few staff that worked there tried their best to operate the bar and reception.

The hotel is very poorly staffed, None of the rooms have air conditioning even though the write up says they have. The window sills were full of dead flys. Parking is in a very dodgy area of an industrial estate.

Free parking is definitely a plus. The hotel is modern. comfortable, no problems with hot water (we had some problems of that kind with other Spanish hotels), finally, it was very quiet. So, overall, it was quite nice.

The only thing that we did not like - although it was OK in the end - was some difficulty finding it, despite the fact we had a GPS navigator. Having some signs on the main road - calle Vitoria, I guess - would certainly be helpful.

Near to the motorway

Damaged cupboards, toilet had no seat, breakfast was served in the bar which is not ideal with young children, and nothing for the children to play with.

Very easy to find and easy to get back onto the motorway. Clean, comfortable room. Very basic, but you get what you pay for.
